RE: Sellers-bravekindi was skeptical and cautious cause I knew little about the company, it's properties and the deal....once at lunctime (yestreday) I did my DD, it was no brainer. As some posters noted, value wise, now we have the rest of our properties valued at zero dollars with the cash CBR will be stacked with and the Focus stocks. As I said before excelllent deal by management. However it may not be refelected in the SP yet till the deal is approved by Focus shareholders and the stock exchanges.
