RE: Caution.

RE: Caution.I think it all boils down to whether you're a trader or a "buy and holder". I tend to be a "buy and holder". I guess it would equals out in the long run. I sort of feel that if I believe that a company has the goods, why try to time things and trade in and out. Say I sell AUN Monday, figuring that the chart indicates that the price should pivot down to the low .80's and thus I can possibly gain an additional 10%? First, I probably won't be able to get very close to that 10% due to liquidity and then there's the capital gains to consider, i.e., short term = 28% vs. long term (1 year+) = 15%. Second, say that doesn't happen and for whatever reason, e.g., AUN releases driling results at Rosario, silver continues on its parabolic run, etc. then I get left having to chase the share price and end up with less than I had. I guess if I had more money It would be fun to try trading in and out, but I'd rather play it safe and be content with a 5 bagger or more over the next two years.
