The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

RE: AlhajaNic, I think that particular transaction for .72 actually took place prior to Feb. 21 because on the 21st, the SP range was .74 to .80. These sales took place before our recent run to the .90's. Also, from what I remember, Terese was the secretary for a long time until she was promoted last year (don't remember what her new title is.) Ron N. is one of the main men with AUN and he bought somewhere around a half million shares over the last 4 months or so. I wouldn't be the least bit concerned about Terese selling 40,000. She probably has a bunch of options and shares and just needed the money. Cheers, zz
