Its one of the anchors of its ultimate recommendations. I suspect they could be sued in the future by disappointed investors who relied on this representation of the facts. No doubt, RJ understands this and, if you are correct, will correct the error.

Your second point is quite interesting, the idea that laying off employees suggests that the project won't be going ahead for a good long while. The assumption you are making is that these employees are the same kind of employees that are in demand - those that construct mines and infrastructure and the miners. Is that correct or are the employees being let go those involved in pre-mine development and planning? If its the latter, almost any company who might be interested in SYN would have their in house employees to do that job. Just a question.
