guess the 1/4 pt cut was to the discount rate.....hopefully tomorrow brings us a full point cut...........NOWHERE NEAR THE DISASTER I EXPECTED...........i think big money was well aware of what was going to happen and big money is still playing with the central banks money so they dont want that to disappear as well............but y is tsx way down vs u.s. markets
