Pretty boy fabio1, I know you don't need permits to do a 43-101 - but ISM is the one that said they were going to dewater, and do some deeper drilling after which they would provide a resource evaluation. And you need permits to dewater. I know that's a lot of critical thinking for your "professional" mind to handle - but if you ponder for an hour or so, you'll maybe see where the permits come into the picture - according to ISM's plans. Or maybe you could call up ahh....Randy....ahh, and say "Heh dummy, You don't need permits to do a 43-101". While you're talking to him you should really apologize for the lousy job you're doing trying smear lipstick on the ISM pig.
