RE: TIP SHEETFWIW The Nesbitt Trust Tracker predicts an AFFO payout ratio of 107.5 for 2008, for Whiterock. Not bad considering they predict 116.4 for Riocan. Another gem IMO is Btb.un, predicted by Nesbitt to have an AFFO payout ratio in 2008 of 94.9. IMO there is something cooking with that one, as there was extreme institutional buying a couple or three months ago. They're up over 77% ownership I believe. The price action has been un-nerving in recent months, but by now, we have nerves of steel, right? I bought a wack of Btb recently too. IMO this will be the year of the micro-reit. Hang on! These things will go up when the big guys get around to it. Right now they're rather preoccupied, with oil, Bear Stearns BS, etc.(Don't listen to me, I know nothing)
