RE: ValuationDebt financing is much easier said than done. Watching BNN commentary on borrowing, the general theme is that interest rates are low (in theory) but financiers, particularly banks, want an arm and leg when there is risk. That isn't to say that debt financing was not possible, only that it may not have been as accessible and as cheap as one might think. Anyway, if the right people and institutions participated in the financing, despite the dilution, that is not all bad.
