RE: Millys spin on a blood bath

RE: Millys spin on a blood bathPretty boy fabio1 has been busy following me around. Thanks for the paste from the other site pretty boy - saves me the time. Whatever the reason for the paper shuffle, the reaction to the financing should be near being over, and we can move on to the good stuff. You can make what you want of the financing, but Liberty has not reached the point where it can carry on growth projects of the size they are involved in from cash flow - it needed financing - or future cash flows would have been delayed. The fact they were able to get financing in this market is encouraging. Those who toss around $21 million are not immune from error - but they didn't get that way by tossing it around before being assured that it was a good loan - Salman either had it pre-sold, or knew they could sell it. The interest and minor dilution on the warrants is minor, in comparison to facilitating earlier completion of capital projects. When the entire loan can be paid off in slightly more than a month's cash flow at capacity - the interest rate and minor dilution are warranted. The ISM cheerleaders are really upset that LBE could get debt financing - they know it means LBE is rapidly demonstrating its emergence as a viable producing mining company. Can you imagine ISM going to the debt market telling the market they would try and pay the interest from their negative cash flow that might go on indefinitely. They'd get more laughter than they are getting for being unable to arrange Annual General Meeting. Of course they could use the cash from their last dilutive placement as collateral for the loan - so far they haven't used it to ramp up exploration or dewater the site. fabio1, cadomin and check are fans of this ISM lightweight that can't organize a meeting or a dewatering, has been declining since May for its record of nothingness - and they come over here and criticize a company that's got an aggressive get things done business plan, and is on target getting it completed. Envy and frustration of the ISM cheerleaders is showing. Funny that cadomin comes up with a lengthy post of drivel, that is the most disjointed piece if nonsense that's been posted for months - and fabio1 selects it as a good post. It was a testament to cadomin's inability to comprehend anything to do with business, financing and mining - and fabio1 bought right into it. ISM Cheerleading Central ordered him to do so - he's done such a poor pump job himself, they want him to just support one of the other shills. fabio1, you never did finish telling us when you discovered your wife was unfaithful - just that she had good taste in men - tell us the rest of the story.
