That's right, Venture exchange listed companies have 120 days from their year-end to file, as compared to seniors on the TSX, who have 90 days. The regulations are contained in National Instrument 51-102 section 4.2. So no rush, all is in order (despite what some posters may claim, for whatever reason they may have)
