Looking Good

Looking GoodAIRBORNE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY IDENTIFIES TWENTY HIGH PRIORITY KIMBERLITE ANOMALIES ON BATOVI PROJECT Vancouver, B.C., March 26, 2008 – ICIENA VENTURES INC. (TSX-V: IIE) (“Iciena” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce as follows: Airborne Geophysical Survey Complete Iciena is pleased to report on data received from the helicopter borne magnetic and electromagnetic (TEM) geophysical survey previously conducted on the Batovi diamond exploration project. The survey was flown by Geotech Airborne Ltd. It consisted of 7700 line kilometres at a line spacing of 100 meters flown over the core of the Company’s 215,000 hectare Batovi claim group. This state of the art geophysical survey is far more advanced than any previous geophysical work conducted in the area. 20 Untested High Priority Targets Defined The results of the geophysical survey were evaluated by consulting geophysicists Scott Hogg and Associates Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario. Using proprietary evaluation techniques they report that there are 30 priority one anomalies, 19 priority two anomalies and 10 priority three anomalies. Of the 30 priority one anomalies, 10 reflected upon previously discovered known kimberlites. The remaining 20 priority one anomalies range in size from less than a hectare to 34 hectares in size. The priority two anomalies are up to seven hectares in size and all have yet to be tested. One of the priority three anomalies is a known kimberlite and the remaining nine untested anomalies range in size of up to 6 hectares. Several Untested Priority Targets Located Upstream from Quality Diamond Indicators Previous heavy mineral sampling taken from streams within the claim group has identified areas prospective for diamondiferous kimberlites. Several of the priority targets are immediately upstream from these diamond indicator mineral containing samples. These geophysical targets obtained from the airborne survey along with the presents of diamond indicator mineral anomalies collected from heavy bulk samples gives Iciena several high priority targets for drilling. Summary The state of the art helicopter borne geophysical study completed over the core of the Company’s claim group located a total of 59 targets. 11 of the targets were that of previously discovered kimberlites. 48 of these targets are thought to reflect undiscovered kimberlite pipes. Several of these targets are located upstream of highly anomalous heavy mineral samples. These samples contain diamond indicator minerals suggesting that the kimberlite source of these minerals will also contain diamonds. Chad Ulansky, P.
