RE: NML Release NOT Perfect

RE: NML Release NOT PerfectSexy369 seems to have this right. He suggests that NML did very well with this newsrelease and points out that there is a subtlety in the release. NML said of the trading activity that "... there are no corporate developments undertaken by the corporation which explain this activity." He points out that the "key phrase" in the release is "undertaken by the corporation". Importantly and quite rightly he points out that the release was most likely required by the exchange." Its pretty routine for the exchange to ask for an explanation when shares go up on volume, especially shares in a small cap company.

Assuming, as is very, very likely that the Exchange required NML to explain the recent trading pattern, virtually all of the criticisms of NML's release are appropriatel criticisms of  the exchange, not NML. It seems perplexing that the exchange should haveasked for an explanation of trading activity for a second time, at least based on what we (shareholders) know, which, presumably, the exchange had knowledge of as well. In any event NML's response in the release was completely appropriate, above board, straightforward and yet at the same time, hints that whatever is causing the price to rise with volume are factors that are external to NML. NML couldn't really go beyond that and  speculate with specificity on what has been causing the price and volume to rise.

cheers everyone
