Imagineif 96??design wins contributed a nickel or two to the bottom line
if sales commissions were based on earnings- not sign ups or size of contract
if the new CEO talked about expanding revenue and earnings streams -rather than expanding  pipeline and his bonus depended on the former rather than the latter.
if  Certicom management and Board committed themselves to a time line for break even- by  cutting expenses so as not to exceed revenues.
if a major shareholder ( owning 5 -10%)  insisted on  securing a Board seat to put the heat on sub performing managers
if the CEO accepts full responsibility (good and bad) for the current Quarter and actually provides revenue outlook for the next FY.
if the Company didn't ask Pxxxxxa to wait a life time to recoup his losses.

Am certainly not  complaining about the recent spurt in stock price. Hope its based on fundamental improvement in
Certicom's prospects
