RE: buy on dips if you believeI'm back in today @1.99.  Energy sector in general seems strong lately.
DEE stalled out recently, but it is now time for the uptrend to continue.
On a cash flow basis, DEE is undervalued.
I picked up some Oilexco and CNQ recently also.
