Strange, but I'll take it

Strange, but I'll take itAt around 9:45 this morning, I called my broker to put in a bid for 5,000 shares. I asked him what the bid and ask prices were and he said ".86 and .87". So, thinking I wanted to get my order filled, I told him to put my bid in at .87. At 10:00 A.M. my order was filled at .82! More evidence of someone trying to keep the share price down? Any comments? Cheers, zz

P.S. If anyone has access to the trades for the day, I was curious who my trades go through? I live in the U.S. and trade through Scottrade. (5,000 at 10:00:05 A.M.) TIA!
