I believe this is fairly clear statement, no ifs or buts about it.

Isotechnika can develop any of the non-transplant indications of voclosporin internally and is also free to market and license any of the non-transplant indications of voclosporin with any third party. When it says :
"free to market and license any of the non-transplant indications of voclosporine with any third party'
I read it in plain English and say that Roche has no part of it. Isotechnika has allready licensed some indications with third party.
