RE: Value
Peace:
Great post as usual.
I like to add two points:
1) The market is really waiting if TRGD can really deliver as a miner in TM. TRGD has been a property owner and a lease manager, rather than a explorer or even a miner in the past.
Many junior companies even claim that they are explorers only as they will not become a miner because a miner needs different skills and expertise. The market is skeptical about Tara can deliver as a miner at this point. They are waiting to see the results to see if Tara can deliver.
Note that TM did not disclose any mineral reserve or resources, so the market cannot assign any value to them too.
They are former mines and have been producing, and we know they are great. But there are no 43-101 reports to show and to back up the share price.
**** from what I know the property is excellent and should be very profitable with close to $500 per ton of minerals.
2) Assuming TM can produce 300 tons per day, and I certainly hope so, as I also own TM, TRGD will not get the full value of TM in TRGD price. Usually they are discounted. Unless TRGD distributes these shares to shareholders, the value will be discounted.
