shareholder value
shareholder value" Seems to me that the management does not know it has shareholders and certainly does not seem to care about them. "
I have listened to both sides and posted a quick response blush from my friend Monedas1, who like me does not like this current deal, but still is un-informed of the reasoning and full value of such. So we wait.
What is clear is that there about 70 million shares outstanding and much of this is held at higher prices, much higher prices, which leads me and others to GREAT CONCERN.
It is not just about losing some money. as my loos would hurt, but in no way be like others that hold huge positions of multiple of hundreds thousands to millions of shares.
What hurts the most is this stock was distributed through information obtained, of viable and almost unheard of assets (in the hundreds of millions of dollars to multiple billions of dollars) to family, friends, business relations, and more. Stock was distributed in retirement accounts, children accounts on the basis o that these assets were just so awesome. In fact they are or were.
The question posed now, is what will management do to increase the SP, or shareholder value as we know it to cure any miss-doings that might have transpired. I only hope that we see the SP rise and that the street sees this as a positive and a rewarding transaction.
