comment on GEOTECH

comment on GEOTECHIn looking for clarity and confirmation on Geo's post I have have found a surprising bit of information.

" Spencer Clarke LLC, a New York-based investment bank whichprovides financial advisory services to EuroGas, acted as exclusiveadvisor in this transaction."

This connection to Spencer Clarke was an introduction by Wilson/Rev to Eurogas. Maybe Spencer Clarke is the ultimate financier behind this and the CBM financing as well. Maybe Spencer Clarke sees Eurogas as capable of bringing the assets to FULL VALUE.

I still don't like losing the current assets, but I do see possibilities of a higher share price in REV due to the cooperation between the companies, and possibly even a take over of REV by Eurogas in the future.

So just maybe Geo is on to something that is very positive, and another thing arose in the conversations over the last few days. That is while there has been heavy volumne in selling and buying of REV shares, selling is one thing, but the buying of REV in quantity is not revealed yet.  Seems insiders may be doing this buying as they may know the ultimate plan which would be a much higher REV share price down the road. (who else with knowing the 'selling of the assets' would be on the buy of Rev?)

3 to 4 million shares purchased over the last several days.  what do these buyers know?

Good luck to all longs.
