I followed STM the last 2 years and my avarage buy price is 1.8  and it has taken me 4 years to learn about miners and cicles od junior the 3 stages the go through.STM is going into 3th  stage bottem out and constraction, permitting getting done and go into production and make profits. i have accumulates 40´000 shares and I´m a happy camper as well U and BVT. WE will do well James Dines is very bullish on Uranium and is looks like a bottem at 60 per lb
