cpht & economic threshold

To quote from another diamond company I follow economic thresholds are
Arctic (Canada/Russia) $100-120/t
Angola $25-50/t
Botswana $8-10/t

For FALC $12-20/t would seem reasonable
@ $75/ct = 27-16cpht
@$100/ct = 20-12cpht
@$150/ct = 13-8chpt

The economic threshold numbers show why for the Arctic cpt is often used not cpht.
