RE: United Protection's share purchase agreement eThis is good news.  No one knows all the inside details of a company until they enter the due diligence phase where company information is opened up for them to inspect.  If UZZ finds some things that they do not like, then they should walk away from the deal.  Moreover, most shareholder value in a company is made "organically", i.e. by growing the company from within, and not by takeover.  Look at Alarmforce (AF), they have never done a takeover, but have grown tremendously.  Takeovers can simply dilute shareholder value due to issuance of more shares.
UZZ should be trading above 0.40 currently, and should cease to be a "penny" stock sometime next year.
