TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

low low risk unbooked reserves is the key here

low low risk unbooked reserves is the key hereBetween BAkken, and no-bakken sask properties, there's another 50 mill plus barrels of reserves that will be developed. That's light oil, low royalty, boys, Under 14 dollars a barrel to bring on stream and low royalty rates, try telling me that isn't worth 50 dollars per barrel in the ground in a 120 plus light oil enviornment. And if oil is in the 120 range next year when reserves are again done, their existing 66 mill in p and p reserves will get a bump up of 15 bucks per barrel. Let's see 50 dollars time 50 mill, that's 2.5 billon or 21.73 dollars per dilluted share. And 66 mill times 15, gets you another billion, or 8.60 per dillted share for another 30 dollars per share of value to be recognized over the coming years. And that's not factoring in the ante creek, with it's 400 bopd light oil wells that are coming on line.
