RE: Ok, who is stinking up the place

RE: Ok, who is stinking up the place"The acquisition terms require Aurcana to pay Silver Standard $23 million in cash; 15 million Aurcana common shares; and a $10 million convertible debenture paying a 3% coupon with a three year term and convertible into 6.62 million Aurcana common shares at $1.51 per share. "

Is it possible that SSRI is unloading shares to get the cash or if they have not yet received the shares because the deal hasn't closed yet are they possibly shorting with the intention of covering when they receive their 15 million shares. It's the only thing I can think of. This morning for a few minutes, I saw the bid at .57 and the ask at .56. What's up with that?
