We might be surprised of the things that may be happening...as we post.    If Cline has a legal agreement (which I belive they do) to ownership...there could be many things going on...right now...even at the mine site.    The Japanese (on Clines BOD) want product more than they want the sale of Cline...at least I would think so.   That is their business...providing product (coal) to customers.   They make moves to assure their customers of product...not to have an asset disappear.   I suppose they would be OK with a sale if thier interests would still be met.

This is just my opinion...but it makes sense to me.
