THOSE 3 MILLION SHARES HAVE A 4 MONTH HOLD ON THEM UNTIL THE SECOND WEEK OF OCT 08.
SECONDLY, NO GRAVITATIONAL PULL TO THE SET PP PRICE EXISTS AS THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT WAS CLOSED JUNE 11 08.
THE CLOSED PP IS NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM CURRENTLY SWAYING THE SP HERE.
- IN 3 AND A HALF MONTHS FROM NOW,,, SOME OR ALL OF THESE SHARES MAY GET SOLD OFF,,OR MAYBE NONE WILL DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE QUEBEC OIL/GAS LANDS THEN.
