RE: Legend - Putting it all in perspective

RE: Legend - Putting it all in perspectivePhosphateKing--
I think it is hard to figure out what the market is thinking a this time. However, I see a similarity with a coal company I own. CMK has several coal deposits. No mines per se just deposits. They signed a marketing agreement with their partner Mitsui Mining--and the price dropped. Why? I think it might be that marketing isn't the issue. Mining the coal is. Does anyone really think it's hard to sell coal in this environment with prices screaming north? Just put an ad in the Peoples paper in Beijing--coal for sale--and you'll get buyers at spot.

Same with fert and its ingredients. Is selling the issue here? I don't think so. The issue is mining it and there is nothing in any of the NRs that indicates how the mining will be done. What the market wants to see is a mine plan.
