Just do it

Just do itNow that Upper Lake has been taken private by Monterrey its time to look at the most logical partner that TBE could engage: the private firm Monterey Exploration. They have a huge BC presence including acreage at Brassey, solid production totalling 2400 BOE a day, 35 million shares out, 90,000 acres  and a good technical team. Combined a company could be made up of 6000 BOE a day to start, 80 million shares out, close to 250,000 acres of land, tax pools over $200 million, a Montney NEBC profile, producing properties in Alberta and a size that would make them very desireable to an intermediate to large firm looking for some dynamic growth metrics based on the above mentioned attributes. As Cawston stated one plus one can equal three. This combo in particular makes an incredible amount of good business sense.
