RE: IS this a possability??OK so let me get this straight.

There are 2 Unique Broadband Systems. One is a ltd. company and the other is Inc. They both use exactly the same logo's but they are separate entities owned by different owners.

The Inc. company owns 51% of Look communications.

I finaly realized why this company confuses me so much.

There are 2 websites. The Ltd. companies site looks up to date but the Inc. companies site looks like it has not been updated for years.

Ones head office is in Toronto the other in Milton.

So from what the UBS Inc. Website says about UBS Ltd. It has a continuing business interest in UBS Ltd.

I am starting to understand why many posters hate the owners and managers of these 2 companies. It looks like a shell game to confuse shareholders. What would it have taken to change the name of the spin off companie?
