Camino Minerals Corporation is a Canada-based discovery and development stage copper exploration company. It is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties. Plata Dorada project consists of approximately 3,800 hectares, located 158 km east of the city of Cuzco. It seeks to acquire a portfolio of advanced copper assets that have the potential to deliver copper into an electrifying, copper-intensive global economy.

Just received Ember's Info circular and Proxy.

They say that a total of 129.5 to 147.9 million shares will be issued if the completion of the arrangement and private placement goes thru.

Please ignore my original estimate of shares outstanding after the merger.

Still hope Cordero holders take Ember shares rather than cash so that the new company will have further funds for expansion.

Ember holders will also vote on a share consolidation, 1 post-consolidation share for 2.5 pre-consolidation share.

If the merger goes thru and the share consolidation is approved, the new company
should have from 51.8 to 59.1 million shares.
