RE: Alternative methods of transferring funds fromIt's probably just a nuisance, but I just feel a bit more wary after seeing the license problems experienced by Mundoro in China, Dundee in Bulgaria, Crystallex in Venezuela and so on.  The companies are eternally optimistic and instead of a clear "no" answer they simply get no answer at all.

If the license delay were no problem, then Spur wouldn't have made the deal with Zhong Chuan.  Now they have a delay with Zhong Chuan too.  Spur says that Zhong Chuan confirmed its continued commitment to the completion of the financing.  But it would have made a more positive impression on me if it were accompanied by a statement from Zhong Chuan.

The Hebei Tianren deal was delayed a long time and then abandoned.

Just seems like it's difficult for these guys to get things done.
