re: valuation concerns:)this is an interesting company with excellent growth prospects (especially in the water industry) whose
current share price seems to be held back, in part,  by valuation concerns. 

according to stockhouse data its CURRENT P/E ratio is 23.9.

if one were to wait and buy this stock with a more modest CURRENT P/E ratio of 15, what would
the entry point be? (yes, I am a newbie)....
