RE: S&J Royalty Scale..?

RE: S&J Royalty Scale..?<< is a graduating royalty which significantly drops in value if gold goes below $750.  .. but thats only for 1 more payment?... >>

Correct.  Royalty rate declines "steadily" rather than "significantly" below $750.  The rate is 4.65% at $740, 4.55% at $730, 4.45% at $720 and so on.  But it's only until 12/31.

<< AAB gets $10M cash back and a permanent 1% royality that is not on a gradual scale .. right? >>

Correct.  Standard 1% net smelter royalty payable in perpetuity.

<< Which at current output rates gives them ~0.03 /share per quarter. in cash flow for the life of the mines? >>

LOM production target is 294k/yr from Simmer's Buffelsfontein mine plus 76k/yr from First Uranium's Mine Waste Solutions so about 370k/yr subject to the royalty.  At $800/oz that equals about US$2.96mm/year or about C$0.03 per share per year for 20 years.
