RE: Pre Production starts at McWatters

RE: Pre Production starts at McWatters

Judging from the reaction of LBE stock price after yesterday's news, the market was not impressed by the start of new mine. Today the share price dropped to $0.20.

Several possible interpretations:

1) LBE shareholders want cash, regardless what happened to the company, and they want cash now. Sell to get cash.

2) Some think the new mine will NOT be profitable, in fact, will bleed LBE to death. Thus, people must sell to get money.

3) Some people just want to dump LBE shares for manipulation.

Which interpretation is correct? I do not know. 1) is the best scenario, once those people are gone, LBE will start going up again. 2) is the worst, LBE will keep on dropping, possibly to ZERO. 3) I have no control on this case.
