Share consolidation
From Management Information Circular, just posted to SEDAR...
"the authorized share structure of the Company be altered by consolidating all of the issued and outstanding Common Shares without par value, of which 109,100,241 are issued, into one (1) new for three (3) old Common Share basis"
That should make for pleasant AGM.
I wonder if they will be flogging their "drills are standing by" nonsense.
