RE: bottoming market

RE: bottoming market

Bob Moriarty  often promotes his advertisers, as well as those stocks that bought via private placement. It is logical for him to do so because he has vested interest in the these stocks, but are they good stocks to own?

You can make money in his recommendations, but you may lose money too, and sometimes big time.

Several years ago, he touted one stock, and soon later, that stock was halted.... Not for pending news, but probably due to late in filing or so. Those who bought the stock got double troubles, first the stock price dropped, second you could not sell due to the halt!  Of course, he will not mention that great pick again in his writing.  After that incident, I do not follow his recommendations closely.

Another stock he really likes was NG, and he picked it up really early and cheap, and people can get lots of return on NG. Great call indeed! But he kept on touting it, even after it has gone up much... Well, you can still make money in NG, but you need to very very patient......
