Targets posted today for OIL....$25, strong buy
Genuity today puts strong buy on Oil at $25 and Scotiabank also puts $18 target on OIL.....both targets released today.....insiders were also buying at $10.50 range few weeks back....

TIME TO BUY.....the bounce has already begun.

Don't get caught up in the negative b/s being spewed here on the boards....
