IT CERTAINLY SHOWS A NOTABLE DETERMINED LEVEL OF ENTHUSIASM BY THE INDEPENDENT WHO AS IT HAS BEEN MADE CLEAR, IS DOING SO ON THEIR OWN ACCORD OUTSIDE OF THE COMPANY, WHICH IN TURN LEAVES ONE TO WONDER IF THIS MAY INVOLVE  ANOTHER COMPANY WITH ELEVATED INTERESTS IN VMS.
