Jim:Good time to pull the trigger

Jim:Good time to pull the triggerJim Saunders could really pull of a coup in the midst of this disastrous slump that has hit the Canadian oil and gas patch. Simply put the two outfits that he controls TBE and OEX should be merged. Sit Barry Olson and Ron Cawston down: Ask them would a firm with 92 million shares out., 8500 BOE a day in production, a manageable $70 million debt load, tax pools in excess of $350 million, 200,000 plus acres of undeveloped land, a nice Montney Shale position and a deal that can be done with Cawston's belief that 1+1 could equal 3 during a time when both outfits share price is depressed. NAV of a combined entitiy would be in excess of $10 a share.  This is a no brainer. Come on Jim sell it to both shareholders of OEX and TBE.
