I like many on this post have been hit hard, but at this point it seems a little futile to keep complaining about the BOD, management, encouraging investigation and so on. That will not help anyone, especially the shareholders. The facts are the future of this company has already been determined or will be determined by events beyond our control. Remember that the BOD has been improved, there are well respected individuals and institutions trying to keep this company afloat. I would recommend we all file away our statements, move on the other opportunties worth following in the short term and hope that someday we get a pleasant surprise and find out this company has survived and maybe one day we are able to recover some or all of our losses.
