This is completely false.  This week citigroup said:

"K – Saskatchewan potash held at $767/ton but Midwest slipped 3% to $885/ton

due to lower dealer prices. Investors should keep in mind that the Midwest fair

value is roughly $817/ton, assuming a $50/ton transportation cost from Sask

mines."

One year ago Midwest potash was $298/ton.
