Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

"The Aljustrel zinc mine is located approximately 40 km northwest of the Neves-Corvo mine in Portugal.Development of this project continued throughout 2007. On December 16,2007, the Company started to process run of mine ore to produce zincconcentrates. Targeted full annual productions rates are estimated at80,000 tonnes of contained zinc, 17,000 tonnes of contained lead and1.25 million ounces of silver. However, it is a high cost mine in acurrent low zinc price environment and as a result, the Company isreviewing its options for the Aljustrel mine including a potentiallyearlier extraction of known copper resources."
