Not that it means much

But may be an interesting tidbit for all those techies out there...

This was the first up week for PHC since the week ending August 22 of this year.

The stock price also made a new low and finished the week higher on the most volume its seen in four weeks.

Some food for thought, doesn't mean much in a market where rules and trends don't seem to apply anymore, but in the "good ol' days" these would be potential reversal signals
