Wall of sellers?

Wall of sellers?We the hell is the wall of sellers today?  Put a market order in at 8.5 cents last night, had to revise it to 9.5 cents this morning and only got partially filled.  The bid is now 10.5 cents and the ask is 11.  BMO, where are you???
