RE: RE: Lost in Translation
RE: RE: Lost in TranslationJust assumed that data since TBE discloses or omits information somewhat conveniently. So you won't deny that Downey is gone. If they are in this for the long haul is it too much to ask for Q4 guidance. Any investor in TBE would ask why in Q3 of 2007 production was at 2042BOE a day. The purchase of EFE should have brought production to 3100 BOE a day. Basically the last twelve months TBE has added $29 million of debt, issued equity from 26 million shares out to over 43 million shares out and production is at 3200 BOE a day. Cawston resigned, Downey disappeared we assume since he is not listed on the site, Saunders takes over adds two managers with some perceived overlap and redundancy to that lineup so its not that far fetched to perceive instability or a radical shakeup. The other issue was the wording of the release today that infers some initiative to enhance shareholder value with a deal and not with the bit. Oil and gas prices dictate market conditions and TBE's share price reflects that trend but its hard to make a case for the long term viability of them with no Q4 guidance and management shakeups.
