RE: Any body help me ouy here?Gobi has a share buyback program, so it is buying and cancelling its own shares due to extreme undefvaution.

The regular dividend of $0.03/share will be paid in early 2009 and the SH article talked about a special dividend distribution of part of the cash just received from the sale of its assets.

Anyone know if they have decided on the exact amount yet ?

A $0.30 dividend would only cost them $21 million , and would still leave $1.20 in cash per share.
