Beautiful!!!Study was better than expected. Everybody knew the project was robust but 600,000 ounces per year at $319 solely for the Malartic project is excellent news. South Barnat could conceivably bring it up to 800,000 ounces per year and the cash cost well below the $300 mark. Based on current drilling results at Barnat one can estimate that another 2.5 to 3.0 million ounces could be added to the reserves and the higher grade ore will certainly have a significant impact on project economics. I am not aware of any other gold project of this magnitude with such excellent economics that will be starting production only two years away. Caution on using a $25 ounce valuation. Osisko is transitioning from explorer to mid tier producer. The closer to production the greater the valuation per ounce. In terms of financing the company won't be diluting shareholder value by just issuing shares for the total remaining funding requirements. Will certainly be a component but not the only option. That goes without saying. By the time the financing decision is made we will have South Barnat factored into the financing numbers and the project economics will speak for themselves. Very compelling story and am very comfortable with my Osisko holdings.
