The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

RE: RE: RE: I love SST at these levelsThe specific numbers quoted by management on the conf call this week, was a threshold price of $1 - $1.10 for the 3 mines that make up the 4.5M equiv oz forecast.  90% of this is from Minto and Cozamin, which is the exact same mgmt team as SST, so they should know better than anyone.  Now whether they are 100% truthful is another question I can't answer.

The concern about the byproduct business model is valid, but I believe it's over done.  At $0.50, the mkt cap is just $60M, not much more than they just paid for Minto.  For long term holders, I can feel your pain and frustration (from other holdings), but I am looking at this entry point and risk/ reward going forward.  If gold/ silver make a run up, they can generate cashflow equal to the current share price in a very short time.

I would like to see management buy some shares at this price to show their confidence before I dive in too deep.  All the best.
