As they have done in the past, this latest move will ensure the company has sufficient funds to carry it through past FDA approval timelines.  And I am sure with some buffer in the event it is further postponed or something unexpected pops up (one would suggest this is prudent given the unexpectedness we have come to see from the FDA).
