Sorry did not finish my point about this paragraph...

If you look at the bulk of the current warrants (70MM), they expire July and November 2009 - on or after an anticipated FDA approval date if submission is made in the next few weeks.

20,012,494 warrants (the "November 2009 Warrants")
50,000,000 warrants (the "July 2009 Warrants")

If FDA approval came in June/July, the above warrants would still be out there and would get excercised if the price is right - but rather than waiting until then (which I realize would net the company more money than now based on the newest deal), money in April probably makes more sense to Nuvo than money in July.
